Fire Performers & Fire Shows for Events | Virginia & Mid-Atlantic
Entertainment
Heat moves through the dark, and every face in the crowd turns toward it. Fire performances take place on the ground, on stage, or suspended in the air above your guests. Ready to welcome your crowd with the warmth of real flame? Fluidity brings ground fire shows, aerial fire performances, fire breathing, and yes, fire bubbles, to festivals, galas, weddings, and outdoor celebrations across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. Every artist insured. Every show permitted properly. Every guest talking about it a year later.
The Acts
Ground fire shows. Poi, staff, fans, hoop, and rope dart, choreographed to your music and staged wherever your crowd can gather. Our most versatile format.
Aerial fire. Fire performance suspended from silks or lyra, flame and height in the same frame. The most dramatic thing we do, and the one that needs the most planning.
Fire breathing. The moment people pull their phones out. Column bursts, sustained plumes, and timed finales.
Fire bubbles. Flame-filled bubbles that drift toward your guests and burst in a flash of light. Unexpected, gentle, and completely unlike anything else on the field.
Fire eating and close-up work. Intimate, walk-up fire for smaller crowds and tighter spaces.

What Your Venue Will Ask About
We'd rather cover this now than three days out.
Permits. Most jurisdictions require a fire performance permit and advance notice to the local fire marshal. We handle that conversation, but it needs lead time. Start at least six weeks out.
Space. Ground shows need a clear perimeter of roughly 20 feet with no overhead branches, tenting, or low structures. Aerial fire needs more, plus a rigging point and an engineer sign-off.
Surface. Grass, gravel, concrete, or dirt. Never indoor flooring, never under a tent.
Weather. Wind above 15 mph cancels fire. We always build a backup, usually LED, into the plan so you're never left with an empty slot.
Setup. Artists arrive two hours early for fueling, safety brief, and costume. Private changing space and a secure fuel staging area required.
Sets run 10 to 20 minutes as a staged feature, longer for multi-act shows.
